Work begins within 3 business days after the booking fee has been received.

It is important that you are able to supply content when required and in a timely manner to avoid holding up your website build and affecting the timeline.
If you need help with copy please let Liz know this upfront, as this is outside of the scope of work, will incur an additional fee, and will need to be built into the timeline.
Photos, videos and copy will need to be uploaded to the client portal before your slot is secured.

Website projects are split into three payments: 50% to secure your project slot, 25% when the first website design is presented, and the final 25% before the website goes live. This keeps payments spread across the project rather than requiring the full fee upfront. Full details and payment dates will be included in your proposal and agreement.
