Step 2 – Review & Sign Agreement

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the general terms of working with elevate for website design services, including:

    1. Deposit & Payment
      A deposit is required to begin work. Remaining payment is due upon project completion and prior to website launch.

    2. Client Responsibilities
      Clients are expected to provide copy, content, images, branding assets (unless part of the scope of work), and timely feedback.

    3. Revisions
      Reasonable design revisions are included during the build phase, usually three rounds. Feedback should be provided as a single consolidated list for each revision round. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may be billed at the designer’s hourly rate.

    4. Timeline
      Project timelines may be impacted if content or approvals are delayed.

    5. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
      Upon payment, the client owns the final website deliverables. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or marketing materials.

    6. Liability
      The designer is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the website project. It is up to the client to proof read the website and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies etc.

    7. Project abandonment clause

      If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered inactive and may require a restart fee.

This deposit secures your website project. The amount will be applied toward your total project cost.

  • Next Liz will review your form and then will send you a link to book an onboarding call.

  • Work begins within 3 business days after deposit and form submission.

  • It is important that you are able to supply content when required and in a timely manner to avoid holding up your website build and affecting the timeline. If you need help with copy please let Liz know this upfront, as this is outside of the scope of work and will incur an additional fee, and will need to be built into the timeline.

    Photos, videos and copy will need to be uploaded to the client portal.
